New service
provider for YouTube from 10 November 2019 is now GOOGLE LLC.
YouTube make a promise -
YouTube has confirmed in the new changes of their 2019’s
terms and services that “We have confirmed our commitment to provide the
Service with reasonable skill and care”.
Age requirements -
Now YouTube
is going to set a are requirement to see every particular video on YouTube app
and also in the browser of YouTube. This are requirement policy is defined from
the Google wide policies. But this requirement is different in different
countries.
Parental permission -
Now in this
new update of terms and conditions YouTube (google LLc) add this new feature
which is called parental control. “parental control” means which is control by
our parents. Although this is a optional feature. If one wants to try this,
they can try it, basically they have to do some setting and after that you can
change this setting option and this feature will be available for you.
In this parental control
basically if your parents want to see your browsing history and which video you
are searching for in YouTube and which YouTube channel you are following this
all this your parents can see if you want that means if you enable this option
in your mobile and your parents mobile also. After this all successful setting
done everything you are doing in youttube your parents can see from their
mobile and desktop and laptop directly. If your parents want to block some
channel for you then they can do it and you will be not be abele to see this
particular channel video or any particular video.
This parental control is meant
for those boys and girls who are under 18.
New changes about google account and YouTube channel -
You can use
parts of the service without a Google account, such as browsing and searching
for content. However, you need to Google to use some features. With a Google
account, you can like videos, grab channel keysex, create your own YouTube
channel, and more. You can follow these instructions to create a Google
Account.
Creating a YouTube
channel will give you access to additional features and functions, such as
uploading videos, commenting or searching. Here are some details on how to
create your YouTube channel.
To protect
your Google account, keep your password confidential. You should not reuse your

About removing content –
You can
remove your content from the service at any time. You also have the option to
make a copy of your content before removing it. If you do not have the
necessary rights to these terms, you must remove your content.
Removing our content by YouTube side –
If we
reasonably believe that any content is in violation of this Agreement or may
harm YouTube, our users, or third parties, we may remove or take away some of
such content. Unless we reasonably believe to do so: We will notify you with a
reason for our action:
(a) will
violate the direction of law or legal enforcement authority, or otherwise
violate the legal liability of YouTube or our partners Will take risks.
(B) will
compromise the integrity or operation of an investigation or service.
(c) harm
any user, other third party, YouTube or our affiliates. You can learn more

About copyright protection –
We provide
information to copyright holders to help them manage their intellectual
property online in our YouTube Copyright Center. If you believe that your

access to the service, under appropriate circumstances.
Services for the other country’s resident –
If you live
in the European Economic Area, or Switzerland, this Agreement, and your
relationship with YouTube under this Agreement, will be governed by the laws of
your country of residence, and may result in legal proceedings in your local
courts.
